In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement top-notch ETL packages and dimensional models for self-service BI solutions.
• Use software engineering skills to develop ETL packages on TimeXtender and future platforms like Databricks and DBT.
• Define test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing.
• Implement SQL logic for data ingestion into the TimeXtender environment.
• Expand the existing data model based on new requirements.
• Supply data from models to Power BI dashboards.
• Conduct data quality checks.
• Serve as the primary contact for Corporate IT and Umicore during system implementations.
• Engage in lifelong learning of new data techniques and technologies.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in computer sciences, IT, engineering, mathematics, or economy.
• 3-5 years of experience in ETL and Datawarehouse domains.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python.
• Knowledge of TimeXtender, Azure Cloud services, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Understanding of self-service data analytics governance.
