This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to optimize them.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
