Volvo Group's Service Market Logistics is a distinguished department managing the Ghent distribution center, the largest of its kind for Volvo worldwide. The center supports a variety of Volvo brands with logistics services, striving for long-term success through innovation and delivery excellence. The Process & IT team is integral in advancing the data journey across the Gent and EU regions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and drive optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand needs.
• Simplify and communicate data results for varied audiences.
• Address operational challenges with practical solutions.
• Provide analytical coaching and methodological guidance.
• Collaborate effectively as part of an agile team following the One Rhythm approach.
• Manage analytics projects from planning to execution.
• Lead and represent the team on complex issues.
• Facilitate the use of SML Cloud and communicate business needs to stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
