Werkenvoor.be / Travailler.pour is seeking a Data Analyst to join their supportive team at the Collège des cours et tribunaux in Brussels. The role focuses on using analytical skills to determine the workload of courts and tribunals, with targeted on-the-job training provided. The team is dedicated to generating high-quality statistics and supporting various judicial and strategic projects.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Calculate volumes based on information from internal databases and field experts.
• Develop, collect, and publish descriptive statistics on court activities.
• Provide specific figures and statistics as requested by management, the College, and committees.
• Organize meetings with field experts, document projects, and communicate with clients.
• Identify and measure data quality gaps and collaborate with colleagues for data verification.
• Disseminate information, reports, and presentations relevant to the field of expertise.
• Support the development of reporting for decision-making and the compilation of annual statistical reports.
• Explain the construction of provided figures and compile readable reports for clients.
• Implement action plans for statistical project follow-ups.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree or equivalent
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in statistics
