247 Labs seeks a Senior Data Science Engineer to join their team, focusing on customizing AI models for diverse business applications. The role involves enhancing AI systems and refining model performance to meet business priorities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and improve AI-generated prompts for various applications.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate prompts into production systems.
• Analyze prompt efficiency using metrics and user feedback.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align prompts with business needs.
• Document best practices and train teams on Prompt Engineering.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of Python experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• 2-5 years of NLP & LLM experience (BERT, GPT-3/4, T5)
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques
• Data obfuscation, data cleaning, and ETL scripting
• Experience with Amazon SageMaker or Bedrock
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• B2+ English proficiency
