• Develop high-quality applications with testable and scalable code.
• Collaborate on new modules and enhancements for the incentive management platform.
• Design and maintain data architectures like data marts, warehouses, and lakes.
• Manage ELT and ETL pipelines for data integration.
• Optimize data storage and processing solutions using AWS services.
• Work within an Agile environment to determine technical requirements and develop code.
• Document data engineering processes and standards.
• Comply with organizational security policies.

This role requires you to have:

• 8-10 years of experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in SQL, AWS services, and data pipeline solutions.
• Proficiency in GitHub, Python, and PySpark.
• Strong data modeling and database system knowledge.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
