In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage reporting for growth and member marketing, specifically for the Advocacy product.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance to define and monitor key metrics like acquisition costs.
• Identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies to optimize campaigns and funnels.
• Work with product management on funnel analytics and marketing attribution.
• Design and assess marketing tests to refine targeting and improve creative strategies.
• Create impactful data visualizations using Tableau and Qlik to support strategic decision-making.
• Cooperate with engineering teams to enhance marketing data quality.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in marketing analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (Redshift, MySQL).
• Dashboard development expertise using Tableau or QlikSense.
• Experience in A/B testing and statistical hypothesis testing.
• Familiarity with Python or R for complex data analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
