In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Serve as the main data partner for stakeholders, enhancing alignment with goals and priorities.
- Oversee the data analytics process, synthesizing data across sources and providing actionable recommendations.
- Implement self-service analytics by developing standardized data models and training stakeholders.
- Analyze and present insights through clear reports and dashboards across various domains.
- Enhance client analytics through continuous updates and responses to ad hoc inquiries.
- Maintain high data quality and collaborate on improving data management processes.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools like Tableau.
- Experience with Python and Airflow (or similar ETL tools).
- Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouse services.
- Top analytical skills with precision in data collection and analysis.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, with strong stakeholder communication.
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, PHIPA, or HIPAA.
- Experience with AI/NLP-powered analytics.
