In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing analysis of call center operations for improvement opportunities.
- Implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency using key business indicators.
- Manage business metrics and reporting for decision-making and process improvement.
- Provide workforce management insights, support, and education.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the business channel.
- Gather requirements and support business partners in using dashboards.
- Develop dashboards and scorecards based on operational data.
- Train and liaise with WFM teams on dashboard updates.
- Monitor and analyze dashboard usage, issuing alerts as needed.
- Update dashboards based on operational changes or new requirements.

This role requires you to have:
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management or Resource Planning.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with SQL, Python, SSIS.
- Technical knowledge of SSMS (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- Experience with payroll products or financial services.
