The Analyst, Product & Strategy role is crucial for advancing Ally's financial and insurance products through dealer networks in Canada. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving market analysis, collaboration, and strategic initiatives that align with Ally's goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational change and identify new Canadian F&I product opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis and present findings to management.
  • Support third-party relationships for protection products in Canada.
  • Act as subject matter expert on ancillary protection and GAP products.
  • Enhance existing product suites and introduce new F&I products.
  • Create consumer materials and internal/external communications.
  • Develop and implement training programs for F&I products.
  • Analyze and report on key product performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal for contract updates.
  • Identify innovations in the automotive F&I market.
  • Complete special projects and manage competitive intelligence.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics preferred.
  • 1-3 years of financial services industry experience.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Collaborative team environment experience.
  • Problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerBI proficiency.
  • Experience in auto finance and adaptability to new processes.
