The Performance Data Analyst role contributes to optimizing fleet performance across various metrics to support Alstom's mission of low carbon transportation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Measure and drive improvements in fleet performance metrics.
• Support the Performance Manager and establish customer working relationships.
• Advise Commercial Managers on specific commercial matters.
• Develop and manage KPIs for contracts and suggest business targets.
• Maintain performance databases and ensure data consistency.
• Generate fleet performance reports and support project report submissions.
• Coordinate documentation for claims and variation orders.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in administration management (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Statistical analysis experience.

• Experience in the rail industry, particularly in maintenance.
