- Develop data collection processes and management systems.
- Maintain zero-error data integrity.

- Create charts and graphs for reporting.
- Research defect trends in depth.
- Conduct data collection and entry as required.
- Perform data mining and problem-solving.
- Provide backup support for Process Assistant duties.
- Manage end-to-end projects.
