In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data collection processes and management systems.
• Maintain data integrity with a 0% error rate.
• Design queries and compile data, generating reports using MS Excel.
• Create charts and graphs for reporting purposes.
• Conduct in-depth research of defect trends.
• Perform data collection and entry as necessary.
• Engage in data mining and problem-solving.
• Serve as backup for Process Assistant duties.
