In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to design APIs and evaluate LLM performance.
• Produce and manipulate language data, offering efficient solutions.
• Lead data collection initiatives, define scope, and train cross-site teams.
• Engineer prompts for generative AI to achieve desired outputs.
• Automate data operations and perform analysis using Python or other scripting languages.
• Ensure adherence to strict annotation guidelines.
• Test and deploy changes to Alexa's language understanding.
• Identify and solve production issues affecting Alexa's customer experience.
• Collaborate with linguists, scientists, and designers to optimize customer solutions.
• Own machine learning and deterministic models for specific feature domains.
• Utilize modeling tools to develop and test new functionalities.
