With headquarters in Nashua, NH, they have design, sales, and manufacturing locations worldwide. This role exists to support process improvement initiatives including data integration and automation.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze, map, and enhance current data collection and analysis processes
- Identify improvement areas and develop strategies for efficiency
- Collaborate with IT to design, implement, and maintain data and dashboard integrations
- Collect and analyze data to measure process improvement effectiveness
- Develop, document, and standardize Marketing reporting processes and presentations
- Perform other related tasks as needed

This role requires you to have:
- BS Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience with Data Flow Diagraming
- Analytical skills and understanding of rational database architecture
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills
