Aritzia's Data & Analytics Department aims to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. The Lead/Sr. Data Analyst, Digital role involves bridging business strategy with data to enhance eCommerce outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Understand Aritzia’s digital channels and generate actionable insights
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional partners to enable data-driven decisions
• Lead measurement strategies to quantify performance of Digital initiatives
• Visualize and communicate data through reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Identify and refine digital data collection and modeling requirements
• Provide technical leadership to elevate the analytics acumen among the team

This role requires you to have:

• eCommerce, Digital or Digital Marketing experience
• Commitment to learning Aritzia's Business and People Leadership principles
• Understanding and passion for the industry
• Ability to transform complex business problems into data & analytics requirements
• Advanced analytics techniques such as regression analysis, causal impact, A/B testing, customer lifetime value
• Proficiency in SQL, visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager or Adobe Analytics/Adobe Launch, Python, R, or related analysis tools
