In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Shape strategic vision for data engineering and contribute to complex data solutions' design and development.
• Implement new data systems ensuring reliability and scalability while participating in day-to-day engineering tasks.
• Influence decisions on the technology stack and tools and engage directly in creating and deploying data architectures.
• Set coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with database developers, software developers, product managers, and AI/ML developers to align projects with business goals.
• Contribute to project management, adjusting timelines and priorities as needed.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Provide technical guidance and training to peers.
• Follow corporate security policies and procedures.

This role requires you to have:

• 7+ years in data engineering
• Proficiency in tools like AWS, dbt, Snowflake, Git, R, Python, and SQL
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Advanced data analytical skills
• Knowledge of data management systems, modeling techniques, and governance protocols
• Business acumen and alignment with business objectives
