In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Reduce supplier support issues by understanding supplier data
• Utilize compliance documentation effectively
• Enhance client response rates through supplier data analysis
• Source compliance documentation and supplier contact information
• Validate supplier compliance data against acceptance criteria
• Upload validated compliance data to Assent's database
• Research and update supplier information across systems
• Respond to inquiries from Lighthouse suppliers
• Collaborate with Program Success to meet client expectations

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Understanding of regulations and intelligence best practices
• Strong data management and analysis abilities
