SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Engineer

AstraNorth is seeking a seasoned SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Engineer to enhance and manage its advanced analytics solutions. This role exists to drive the design and implementation of complex reporting solutions, focusing on financial services, particularly banking and life insurance. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to delivering full life-cycle SAP solutions and supporting data-driven strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to define reporting requirements and recommend SAP technical solutions.
• Lead blueprinting and design sessions independently.
• Provide SAP data and analytics expertise.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects within the financial sector.
• Ensure best practices in performance tuning of SAC dashboards.
• Drive implementation with development capabilities in SAP BW4HANA and SAP SAC.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BW/4 and SAC systems.
• Provide SAC security setup expertise and enforce governance processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Ability to work independently with a focus on action and results.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• 5+ years experience with SAC dashboard design and development.
• 7+ years hands-on SAP BW4HANA experience.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAC security.

Government of Canada clearance is mandatory. A customer service attitude and strong communication skills are essential. The role involves occasional work outside normal hours.
