In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in key business processes and systems supporting PP&S goals.
• Consult stakeholders to understand reporting needs and create custom solutions.
• Manage internal and executive reporting, including KPI reporting.
• Implement data governance for accuracy, quality, and security.
• Research industry trends for quarterly insights reports.
• Conduct financial and budget analysis.
• Maintain and update data sources and dashboards, identifying workflow improvements.
• Enhance data literacy and governance knowledge within the team.
• Train team members on data tools and systems.
• Assist in planning complex data infrastructures.
• Develop data and reporting strategies.
• Improve data foundations, structure, and dashboard development.
• Support data processes and documentation.
• Advise on advanced analytics and data insights.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement in data projects.
• Act as a liaison with enterprise data teams.
• Provide support and coverage for other roles if needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Formal education in data analytics, computer science, or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience in leading data initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative teamwork skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Solid programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
• Proficiency with the Google suite and Tableau or other BI tools.
• Desire to learn real estate and facility management details.
