The Data Analyst role is integral to the Everyday Financial Services team, focusing on deriving actionable insights from call center data.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Preprocess, validate, and transform call center data for usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reporting solutions with key metrics.
• Perform complex data analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
• Maintain data sources, reports, and identifiers for workflow improvements.
• Handle ad hoc requests through prioritization and time management.
• Partake in Data Transformation and Quality initiatives.
• Build relationships to drive change across Client Care and EFS.
• Use BI tools to support executive insights and self-serve data opportunities.

This role requires you to have:

• Formal education in quantitative fields or equivalent experience.
• Strong data engineering and analytical skills.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, and Google Cloud Platform.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Tableau and dashboarding.
• Knowledge of call center data and Genesys Cloud.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning models and NLP techniques.
