• Lead or assist in developing and implementing technological applications.
• Manage data mapping, gathering, and analysis processes.
• Drive digitization of business processes including software implementation.
• Propose and apply technology enhancements to existing processes.
• Offer technical support to teams and departments.
• Conduct training for end-users and update training materials.
• Ensure data access security and manage application permissions.
• Present improved processes to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Facilitate corporate IT directions while addressing Frontec's technology needs.

• Experience in technology with a relevant degree.
• Proficiency in data processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Capability to develop solutions using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or R.
