Data and Reporting Analyst (Advanced Excel, Banking exp, RSA-ARCHER exp.)

AVENTURA is offering an opportunity to work as a Data and Reporting Analyst for a major banking client. The role exists to provide analytical solutions and insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making for improved business outcomes. The candidate will join the Governance Risk Compliance Engine team and will be pivotal in designing and managing data visualization technology solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Consult on analytical solutions to synthesize requirements for data and business intelligence.
• Design, develop, and implement innovative analytical solutions.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Structure and assemble data into multi-dimensions.
• Integrate information from multiple sources to streamline reporting.
• Build reports and visualizations for various audiences.
• Support strategic analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Develop tools and deliver training for self-serve analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Work independently on complex tasks.

• 3-5 years of experience in the field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and Macros.
• Stakeholder management experience and meeting leadership.
• Experience with manual data validation automation.
• 3-5 years of Power Query experience in Excel.

You would benefit from having:

• 3-5 years of experience using RSA-ARCHER.
• Strong overall communication skills.

Post-secondary education is required. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
