In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Track and manage users' Wishlist items for management prioritization.
• Collaborate on improvement testing to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain a Python library for regional standard codes.
• Collect and analyze user feedback through surveys.
• Evaluate training data to assess material effectiveness and user competency.
• Respond to basic inquiries via a support ticket system.
• Prepare materials for the Earnix Committee.
• Develop monthly communications for Earnix users.
• Monitor the department email inbox and create support tickets as needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SAS, and Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
