In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze customer and internal datasets to identify trends and gaps, transforming insights into support for therapeutic discovery.
• Conduct routine assessments to improve data quality across Therapeutic Areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high data quality standards.
• Integrate new data sources ensuring relevance for therapeutic needs.
• Participate in projects addressing data gaps and enhancing the data roadmap.
• Provide data insights to drive strategic, data-driven decisions.

This role requires you to have:

• PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis with tools like SQL, Python, R.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or integration, preferably in biotech or pharma.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic areas and scientific data processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
