In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build strategic partnerships with product leadership to unveil trends and user behavior.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as client success and marketing.
• Oversee Pendo management for precise tracking and reporting of user interactions.
• Ensure Pendo integration with Salesforce and Zen Desk, enhancing team proficiency.
• Develop a feedback loop for monitoring product performance and collecting user feedback.
• Utilize statistical techniques for insight generation and business impact assessment.
• Maintain metrics and dashboards, identify areas for user experience improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience as a product analyst for SaaS products.
• Expertise in Pendo or similar tools.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.

• Experience with data analysis techniques such as cohort analysis and A/B Testing.
