In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for performance management and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with departments like Underwriting, Quality Assurance, and Finance to tailor reporting solutions.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports for insightful data analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards for tracking business metrics.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
- Create and manage data cubes for cross-departmental analysis.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular quality checks.
- Facilitate the creation of cross-functional reports for holistic decision-making.
- Optimize and implement business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.
