In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate settlement support for Security, Derivative, Foreign Exchange, and Money Market transactions
• Format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Support change management efforts, focusing on execution and sustainment
• Organize and ensure work accuracy and completeness
• Execute routine tasks within service level agreements
• Analyze data to offer insights and recommendations
• Resolve client issues promptly and accurately
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Understand regulatory requirements and ensure operational integrity
• Collaborate on the development of new processes and systems

This role requires you to have:

• Relevant experience (typically 2-3 years) and post-secondary degree
• Good knowledge of relevant systems and technology
• Understanding of business unit’s key products, services, processes, and controls
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements
• Good prioritization skills
• Good customer service skills
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
