In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain connections with HR leadership to support workforce analysis and planning.
- Maintain PeopleAnalytics dashboards and reports using Power BI and PeopleSoft queries.
- Provide HR data configuration management and daily analytics support.
- Produce detailed and summary reports on various HR metrics.
- Identify key data patterns and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Enhance Data Science activities through forecasting and machine learning.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data Management for scalable solutions.
- Train HR teams on data interpretation and reporting.

This role requires you to have:
- 5-8 years experience in People Analytics or related fields.
- Strong skills in applied mathematics, statistics, and analysis.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data mining.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
You would benefit from having:
- Proficiency in PowerBI and MS Excel.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Knowledge of ETL platforms like KNIME or Alteryx.
- Familiarity with Business Objects and data reporting tools.
