In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Adhere to data governance protocols for customer lifecycle data
• Research and update CRM data using third-party databases
• Verify and update customer and aircraft company information
• Ensure data integrity and validate no duplicate records in Salesforce
• Manage sales territory assignment exceptions
• Create company and executive profiles for leadership and sales teams
• Perform regular data quality checks
• Deliver quality results within Service Level Agreements
• Handle customer portal access requests and aircraft fleet modifications
