In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze data to prepare reports for decision-making.
• Take ownership of data analysis, reporting, and insights.
• Develop tools for monitoring volume and services, including trend analysis and forecasting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
