The Associate Analyst, Product Management, functions under the guidance of a Manager, Product Management, developing business requirements and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Identify business problems and requirements from customer users
  • Obtain insights from Broadridge employees and third parties
  • Analyze conflicting requirements and prioritize them
  • Coordinate with the development team on product initiatives
  • Document and present results to customers and the development team
  • Monitor SDLC progress to ensure smooth implementation
  • Resolve oversights or ambiguities in original specifications
  • Unit test new system changes initiated by the development team
  • Review finished product with customers to confirm requirements are met
  • Monitor new software applications to ensure successful usage
  • Lead focus group and information sessions for successful application usage
  • Present products at internal information sessions
  • Solve client-reported issues with the application
  • Provide guidance to other business analysts and product team members
  • Participate in larger scale, more complex projects

This role requires you to have:

  • Analytical skills in the securities industry
  • Testing skills with business test case creation and test plan development
  • Interpersonal skills for consensus building, negotiation, and facilitation
  • Strong communication skills including business writing and presentations
  • Training skills for developing and delivering training
  • Design skills including data and process modeling
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence

  • Knowledge of MS Access, SQL, and/or OpenEdge ABL (PROGRESS)
