The company is searching for a Data Analyst to join its continuous improvement team within the shared services centre. This role focuses on optimizing financial processes and enhancing decision-making through data-driven insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design analytical solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Reduce manual workload and improve decision reliability using automated tools and dashboards.
• Create and optimize data models using SQL, DAX, and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain high-performance dashboards.
• Provide support to users for effective tool utilization.
• Utilize agile methods to prioritize projects.
• Explore trends in analytics and suggest process improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data models.
• Experience in developing solutions with Power BI, DAX, and M language.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP ECC / S4.
