Bytecraft Solutions is looking for a Senior DataOps/Cloud Data Engineer to contribute to their data management and optimization endeavors. This role exists to support the design, implementation, and performance tuning of data solutions using Azure technologies. The team is focused on ensuring seamless and efficient data infrastructure operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review project and maintenance artifacts such as Use Case and System Requirement Specification.
• Deliver system design documents adhering to Ministry standards.
• Design and optimize data/database CI/CD pipelines.
• Create logical and physical data models using Sybase Power Designer.
• Prepare and promote database changes via Azure CI/CD release pipelines.
• Provision data in cloud environments based on specified requirements.
• Design and implement data migration and conversion programs.
• Develop data models, data mapping, and data warehouse solutions.
• Plan and maintain Oracle and Azure SQL database systems.
• Support data replication solutions in cloud environments.
• Develop and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL programs and SQL server procedures.
• Monitor incidents and provide timely solutions.
• Perform database administration tasks including performance tuning and patching.
• Document and resolve database issues.
• Transfer knowledge effectively to Ministry staff throughout the project.
