The role focuses on enhancing decision-making and business performance using advanced analytics techniques. The team aims to support Canada Operations by developing analytics solutions across the spectrum from descriptive to predictive.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into data requirements and visualize results for business leaders.
• Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Handle large, disparate datasets and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with senior leaders to enable data-driven decisions.
• Oversee projects throughout the analytics lifecycle and facilitate new analytics initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with a master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, SQL Server, Azure, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL and Python queries.
• Advanced skills in data modeling and Power BI.
• Expertise in data analytics and statistical modeling.
