This role is instrumental in supporting the ideation, development, and management of analytics solutions. The team aims to leverage analytics to enhance operational efficiencies and provide actionable insights for business performance improvement.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Convert business needs into data requirements and perform integration and analysis of large datasets.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage inconsistent and unclean data sets.
• Communicate effectively with business partners and senior leaders.
• Oversee analytics projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Define and monitor metrics to align with business objectives.
• Present insights in a clear and visual manner.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of experience with a master's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Azure.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in data modeling and analytics.
