Capital Consultancy is on the search for a Senior Data Analyst who will significantly contribute to the development of strategic business solutions. This role is essential to enhancing business performance through comprehensive data analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and continuity in delivering actionable insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Consult with stakeholders to gather business requirements for data and analytics use cases.
• Translate business inquiries into technical data requisites.
• Source external data sets required for use cases with creativity and resourcefulness.
• Examine large datasets for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate technical findings in an accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure alignment of data models and pipelines with goals.
• Assess and address the quality and usability of data.
• Propose methods to integrate disparate data sources into a coherent model.
• Create and present business insights through visualization or BI tools.
• Implement data categorization and segmentation techniques.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to reveal hidden trends.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends for strategic support.
• Design advanced visualizations to transform large datasets into engaging storylines.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Five years of experience in a data analysis role
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data cleansing and modelling
• Skilled in using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Knowledge of Hadoop and other Big Data technologies
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure

You would benefit from having:

• Understanding of spatial data concepts and tools like ArcGIS

Proficiency in French is not required.
