In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes in Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Ensure data quality and implement governance standards.
• Optimize the cloud data warehouse for analytics and reporting.
• Implement security protocols for HR and workforce data.
• Assist in the migration of data assets to Microsoft Fabric.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Stay updated on data warehousing best practices and technologies.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience as a Data Engineer with cloud-based data solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms like Azure Synapse or Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL and ETL tools proficiency.
• Understanding of data modeling and integration techniques.
• Problem-solving skills and collaborative team working.
• Excellent communication skills in technical concepts.
