In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to gather requirements for products.
• Conduct data profiling, mining, and validation to ensure business readiness.
• Identify key analysis areas to develop effective solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc data analyses and present findings comprehensively.
• Manage testing and collaborate with developers to automate processes.
• Design analytics solutions with PowerBI and Copilot.
• Lead requirements workshops and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
• Cultivate collaborative business relationships.
• Act as scrum master, preparing actionable stories for developers.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in SQL query writing, data profiling, and validation
• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Data Analyst
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing cycles
• 3+ years with Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Copilot
