• Gather and analyze operational data for trend identification and process improvement.
• Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards for operations leadership.
• Provide insights on operational efficiency and suggest optimization strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through collaboration with the data engineering team.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.
