The role is crucial for the Data and Analytics team, which supports the organization through data management and insights. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams and Data Analysts to ensure data needs align with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements with subject matter experts.
• Design scalable data architectures and workflows for current and future requirements.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data accessibility.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
• Manage end-to-end project ownership from planning to deployment.
• Identify and resolve production issues in collaboration with QA and Support teams.
• Coordinate data pipeline updates with Release Management.
• Implement best practices for data governance and transparency.
• Mentor junior team members providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Lead data migration projects transitioning legacy systems.

This role requires you to have:

• Data pipeline architecture
• AWS
• Snowflake
• Data extraction with SQL and Python
• Database systems knowledge (PostgreSQL, Sybase, MySQL, DynamoDB)
• ETL/ELT tools (Snowflake, PySpark, AWS Glue)
