The role of Data Engineer-Scientist exists to integrate data-driven insights into business processes, collaborating across teams to improve data application and resource optimization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist in data design and execution of high-impact projects aligned with business goals.
• Apply advanced machine learning and statistical techniques to solve business problems.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ensure data integrity and security in compliance with standards.
• Analyze datasets and deploy machine learning models for business challenges.
• Create visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data solutions with business objectives.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop algorithms and predictive models for business solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or statistics.
• 5+ years in data science, engineering, or related field.
