Election Data Integration Analyst

The City of Edmonton is gearing up for the 2025 Edmonton Election, an intricate civic project occurring every four years, demanding agility and accuracy. This role will significantly impact the election process by ensuring the availability and accuracy of election data.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage data extracts and integrations between election administration systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for timely election information dissemination.
• Design, build, test, and implement small applications or procedures to manage and distribute data.
• Develop and document data extraction and integration procedures complying with policies and legislation.
• Collaborate with business support teams to meet unique election service requirements.
• Work with COE business areas on data integrations for web applications and enterprise systems.
• Support front-line users with election applications and devices during key election periods.

This role requires you to have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 2 years experience in data extracts and integration management.
• Experience with data query and reporting tools, ETL processes, and web services.
• Data integrity and quality assurance expertise.

• Valid class 5 Alberta Motor Vehicle Operator's license or equivalent.
