The Canadian Mental Health Association-Calgary is committed to raising awareness and offering education and support to those experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team on a one-year contract, with a possibility of extension. This role is critical for understanding and utilizing data to improve CMHA Calgary's programs and services, working closely with multiple departments to support strategic planning and decision-making.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders through authentic leadership.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts and staff for daily operations.
- Coordinate procurement activities such as RFPs, RFQs, and sourcing bids.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and organizational assets.
- Implement and manage the Emergency Response Plan and OH&S Program.
- Handle IT requests, including hardware assignment and software installation.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop statistical models to measure the impact of programs.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable recommendations and support program evaluation methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and standards.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Public Health, or Social Sciences
- Tableau expertise
- Proven experience in data analysis
You would benefit from having:

- Experience with program evaluation and performance measurement
