Junior Data Analyst

CPG Incorporated is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their team and contribute to the Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers' mission. In this position, the analyst will provide data-driven insights and support various departments to drive strategies aligned with market access and economic success. The role will report to the executive director and collaborate across different teams to ensure data integrity and process improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify data sources supporting Ontario greenhouse vegetable farming.
• Generate and automate weekly and analytical reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the integrity of reports and support departmental projects and initiatives.
• Manage data and reporting via membership relationship management software.
• Develop, publish, and present reports both individually and to support teammates.

This role requires you to have:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
• Knowledge of statistical, analytical, and research methodologies
• Experience in system queries and database management
• Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in a not-for-profit with board governance
