In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for storage and analytical systems.
• Provide on-call support and automation for production systems.
• Implement processes to monitor and improve data quality, including profiling and freshness.
• Partner with Data Governance to establish data policies for accuracy, privacy, and security.
• Advocate for DevOps & QE culture and provide guidance through internal forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business data needs.
• Stay updated on emerging data engineering technologies and best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Big Data and data quality.
• Professional programming experience in AWS Data & Analytics (EMR, Glue, Lakeformation, Airflow, PySpark, Trino, Hudi, Iceberg).
• AWS Certified Data & Analytics Specialty.
