In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Achieve proficiency in the dTIMS product suite.
• Support trainers using presentations and videos.
• Conduct internal knowledge sharing sessions with the PX team.
• Provide Level I support for dTIMS products.
• Comprehend Business, Functional, and System Design Documentation for training support.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings.
• Offer support for Software Release Documentation.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing material.
• Deliver training sessions either onsite or virtually.
• Create and update training materials, including PowerPoints and eLearning content.
• Generate Thinkific reports.
• Administer user access for Thinkific and support portals.
• Create dTIMS tutorials based on client use cases.
• Support UAT Training as identified in career path.
