In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams in AI/ML initiatives
• Develop efficient and scalable data infrastructure for AI/ML growth
• Own technical processes impacting reliable product delivery
• Utilize data insights to identify opportunities and guide experimentation design
• Perform analytical deep-dives in AI user problems and conduct experiments
• Lead multi-team projects and mentor other team members

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8-10+ years of data-driven analysis experience
• 4+ years working with AI/ML product teams
• Proven independent work capability with business stakeholders
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis
