In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Engage in planning and re-engineering for data systems and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Provide support for various data collection from databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
• Maintain and support critical business data visualizations, resolving daily issues.
• Develop and support assigned databases and datasets.
• Conduct testing on data systems to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Work with system staff on disaster recovery, security, and capacity planning.
• Consult with partners to enhance business processes.
• Offer technical support to team members to maintain service continuity.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree or diploma in fields like Computing Science or Data Science.
• Microsoft Data Analyst Certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in relational databases, SQL Server, Oracle, Azure, PowerBI.
• Knowledge in Data Modelling and Artificial Intelligence.
• Understanding of project management and system security standards.
