The Senior Finance Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Finance Shared Services group, facilitating crucial innovations and process streamlining.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform detailed analysis to simplify and automate business processes, recommending changes for improved efficiency.
• Facilitate automation using tools like Alteryx and Power BI and develop requirements for RPA and IT projects.
• Analyze business requirements to identify technology solution opportunities.
• Contribute to mixed-discipline teams to drive process improvements and enhance client and employee experiences.
• Manage financial data processes and equip the team for advanced analytics.
• Design and query reports for business performance visualization.
• Create data visualizations for complex processes using KPIs and statistical analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc and rapid data analyses.
• Work independently on complex tasks, including financial modeling.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economics, finance, statistics, data analysis, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in process engineering or as a data analyst
• Strong analytical skills and ability to link data to business strategy
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and database knowledge (SQL)
• Experience with automation and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Alteryx
